Dr. Terry Favazza is a urologist at Urology San Antonio’s Northeast location.
Seeing patients improve is what drives Dr. Favazza, yet even when dealing with serious conditions, he brings a confident, relaxed approach to his interactions.
Growing up, Dr. Favazza wanted to be an astronaut, but the need for glasses at age 12 prompted a career change. Given his interest and aptitude for science, medicine was a logical choice.
Dr. Favazza received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and then his Medical Doctorate from the University of California, San Diego. He completed his surgical and urology residencies at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA.
Dr. Favazza strives to explain things thoroughly so patients clearly understand their condition and treatment options. He’s committed to making patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment course.
When he’s not helping patients, you can find Dr. Favazza spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, and having fun outdoors playing soccer or surfing.
