Dr. Graham’s Retirement Letter to Patients

Thank you for the trust you have placed in me over my career in medicine. It truly has been a privilege and pleasure to be able to help you with your urological needs. As you already may know, I will be retiring from practice on April 6, 2025.

Upon my departure, my colleagues at Urology San Antonio will be pleased to continue your care. We have thirty urologists and twelve advanced practice providers who work in locations throughout San Antonio and in New Braunfels. I recommend Dr. Vishal Patel at our Northeast clinic and Dr. Austin Enenmoh at our Medical Center campus location. If you prefer to be seen at one of our other locations, please call (210) 614-4544, and our team will assist you in choosing a urologist to suit your unique requirements. Information about our urologists also may be found on our Providers page. All Urology San Antonio providers accept the same health insurance. Your medical records are accessible electronically among all the providers in the group.

If you prefer, you may select a doctor from outside our practice. Upon your request, we will forward your medical records to your new physician. I want to express my sincerest gratitude for allowing me to be involved in your care over the past twenty-five years at Urology San Antonio. It is a privilege I will cherish throughout my life.
