"Dr. Kella, you removed my prostate on [a Monday in September.  Eight days later,] Jorge [medical assistant] removed my catheter and you came in and delivered the great news that you got all the cancer to my wife and I. The next day, yesterday, I only needed one pad and actually got a semi erection. Last night I had no problems with continence although I did have to get up four times. This morning, ten days after surgery, my wife and I had intercourse albeit it was only for ten minutes or so. We were thrilled and couldn't believe it. So far today continence is almost normal.
