"Dear Dr. Kella, thank you and your staff for your professionalism during and after my surgery. It was a comfort to know that I was getting the best of the urology staff in San Antonio. Your confidence was obvious from the start and pout me at ease. My wife and I felt confident about the outcome due to your confidence and handling of the process from beginning to end. I wish to compliment your staff, nurses and medical aids for their excellence and professionalism. My family and I will always be grateful for all you and your staff did for me."
- Louis, November 2011

"Dr. Kella, you removed my prostate on [a Monday in September.  Eight days later,] Jorge [medical assistant] removed my catheter and you came in and delivered the great news that you got all the cancer to my wife and I. The next day, yesterday, I only needed one pad and actually got a semi erection. Last night I had no problems with continence although I did have to get up four times. This morning, ten days after surgery, my wife and I had intercourse albeit it was only for ten minutes or so. We were thrilled and couldn't believe it. So far today continence is almost normal. I know that I must continue to work at the therapies to maximize my results but so far we are excited by my progress. I spent a month researching course of action and learned that you really only get one good shot at this and most importantly, if you choose surgery, your best shot is determined by who does the surgery. I know I made the right decisions. Thanks so much for applying your talent, skill and time to not only saving my life but saving my quality of life. All the best to you and yours."
- Tom, September 2011

"Howdy Dr. Kella! I hope this note finds you in great spirits and good health. I appreciate my health, thanks to you. 'Cancer free!' My outlook on life is even more exciting. Thanks again!"
- Steve, July 2011

"Dr. Kella, Just to give you a update of my robotic surgery you performed four years ago. My PSA is still less than .01 taken every 90 days. The last two years I have been taking [prescription medication] and feel the greatest I have felt in twenty years. I am on my 74th week of doing 1500 pushups, 1500 curls and 1500 French curls using 18lbs dumbbells weekly. Again THANKS FOR GIFTED SKILLS and being such a gracious person. Best regards"
- Phil from Arkansas, January 2011

"Dr. Kella, thanks for your great attention and work three years ago when you removed my prostate. I'm doing well under the watchful eye of [my regular urologist]. I often think about the care you gave me and my wife Claudia and me. I wanted to be sure I'd given some feedback after this many years for what you are doing. Many thanks again."
- Thomas, January 2011

"Dr. Kella, this past July 21 you operated on me for prostate cancer. My recovery has been relatively painless and I have been 99.9% dry since my post-op visit on July 29. I would like to thank you for all of your efforts on my behalf."

"Dr. Kella, you were recognized by the nursing staff for the great care you give our patients. [survey report enclosed] Thank you so much. They said you always call in and check on them, even when you aren't on call. It's great to work with you. Thank you."
- Becky Lomas, Clinical Director at St. Luke's Baptist Hospital, July 2010

"Dr. Kella, On behalf of myself, my family and friends, I would like to thank you so much for my recent surgery you performed on me. You and your staff did such a great job that my recovery has been a breeze. I was very impressed with St. Luke's Hospital personnel also. It made my stay a pleasant one. The combination of a good doctor and a hospital, you can only expect high expectations. We are very pleased with the outcome. [...] Keep up the good work. I already talked to a lot of people about you."
- Ricardo from Freer, TX July 2010

"Dear Dr. Kella, I'm writing to say "thank you" for your excellence and care for my surgery [a few weeks ago]. I am grateful for you, your team, and for your office. From now on, rarely will there be a day that I will not stop to pray for you as you operate and see patients. I look forward to my 3-month follow-up visit with you. May God bless you in every way."
- Hal from Dallas, TX, July 2010
