- In 2005, Dr. Jones and the Urology San Antonio Research was one of eight centers in in the nation invited to test the new AdVance male sling designed to correct mild urinary incontinence in men who have undergone prostate surgery. The device received FDA approval in 2006.
- Over the last four years, Dr. Jones has completed more than 500 prosthetic urologic procedures. This includes the inflatable penile prosthesis and artificial urinary sphincter procedures. Read Dr. Jones' blog post about erectile dysfunction and the penile prosthesis.
- Dr. Jones was awarded the Thomas P. Ball, M.D. Residency Teaching Award in 2002. This prestigious award is bestowed by UTHSCSA urology residents.
