Examples of job openings that may become available
Primary duties include: assessing patient's health status and complaints; collecting blood and urine samples; setting up for and assisting doctor with urologic testing and procedures; answering and responding to back off phone calls; and documenting care in patient's electronic medical record. Employee works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Qualified applicants will have high school diploma or GED, have graduated from an accredited medical assistant training program and have excellent customer service skills. Two years of experience working in a busy physician's office is preferred. Previous urology experience is preferred but not required.
Primary duties include: greeting patients; obtaining new patient paperwork; setting up charts and obtaining insurance referrals prior to patient's visit; collecting and recording co-pays; scheduling follow-up visits and ancillary services as needed; responding to incoming phone calls and faxes; and distributing surgery orders to surgery scheduling department. Employee works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Qualified applicants will have high school diploma or GED and excellent customer service skills. A minimum of one year of experience working in a busy physician's office is required. Previous urology experience is not required.
Primary duties include: assisting in pre-study planning including preparation of critical documents; administering informed consent and study requirements to prospective subjects; coordinating protocol for multiple pharmaceutical and medical device studies; creating and maintaining source documents and study data; performing testing and patient visit procedures per protocol; and attending regular study meetings. Employee works Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Qualified applicants will have a degree or certificate in a health or science related field and at least one year of previous clinical study experience.
