If your prescription information is still on file with your pharmacy, please call the pharmacy and ask the clerk to send a refill request to your urologist. The pharmacy will send the request electronically and it will appear in an electronic inbox that your urologist reviews daily. Your urologist will review the request and your medical record, then authorize the refill or notify you that an office visit is required.
Please allow at least 24 hours for your refill request to be completed, and remember, only emergency prescriptions will be called in after business hours and on weekends.
If you prescription information is no longer on file at the pharmacy or you have other prescription-related concerns, please call your doctor's clinic.
